The Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, met today at the National Command Center in Doha with His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Minister of Interior – Commander of the Internal Security Forces (Lekhwiya) , on the occasion of his visit to the State of Qatar to attend the graduation ceremony of the sixth batch of graduate students at the Police College.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and reviewed the relations of cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the security fields and ways to support and develop them.
Following the meeting , the Minister of Interior and his accompanying delegation visited the Security Command Center of the Asian Cup Qatar 2023, where they were briefed on the progress of work, the security plans drawn up, and the mechanism of coordination and communication between the various security, military and civil authorities aimed at achieving the security and safety of the participants in the Asian Championship.
The Minister of Interior was accompanied by His Excellency the Ambassador of our country to the State of Qatar, Mr. Rajeh Badi, Director General of Training and Rehabilitation  at the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Saleh  Al-Badawi, Brigadier General Abdullah  Al-Arifi, Director General of Logistics and Supply, and Lieutenant Colonel Saleh Nasser Basmeer, Deputy Director General of the Office of the Minister of Interior
