A meeting held today in the interim capital of Aden, chaired by the Director General of the Security Pension Fund in the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Nayef Al-Humaidi, discussed activating the role of the Fund's departments in the liberated governorates and launching the payment of pension cards to the Ministry's retirees.
The meeting discussed the level of performance of the Fund's work during the last phase, and the efforts to prepare and develop the Fund's plans for the next year 2024.
At the meeting, Brigadier General Naf Al-Humaidi stressed the importance of working with regulations and regulations and working to activate the work of departments and their role in the governorates and provide all facilities for retirees , pointing out the importance of coordination with security managers and relevant authorities in the governorates to raise the level of performance in the branches , noting the application of the principle of reward and punishment , and the commitment of everyone to controls and legal mechanisms to continue successes and restore the pioneering role of the Fund , considering the Security Pension Fund the main pillar of the Ministry's work, in facilitating and facilitating the payment of retirees' salaries and resolving outstanding problems.
Brigadier General Naf Al-Humaidi pointed out the importance of activating the tasks and competencies of the General Administration of the Retirement and Security Investment Fund, which is one of the supporting sources for the institutional construction of the Ministry of Interior in the fields entrusted to it in accordance with the regulations of the Security Retirement Fund Law and the activation of all departments and services that the Fund should carry out, making the utmost efforts to activate and provide all services to the Security Retirement Fund to care for retirees, families of martyrs, the deceased, and the employees of the Ministry in general.
Brigadier General Al-Humaidi praised the efforts of the employees of the Pension Fund during the short period and the successes achieved, stressing the need for everyone to join  efforts and work in a team spirit and the commitment of everyone to the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to them to achieve the desired goals.
In a related context, the Director General of the Security Pension Fund at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Nayef Al-Humaidi , discussed today , with Brigadier General Qaid, Assistant Director General of Political Security in Aden Governorate, strengthening cooperation between the administration and the Authority, and how to work to follow up the rights of retirees and improve their conditions , and work to activate the presidential decision on the settlement and promotion of retirees .
The meeting also discussed the coordination of the disbursement of pensions of security retirees, the problems and obstacles facing them, addressing all outstanding problems of the retirees force with the Ministry of Finance and finding the necessary solutions to these problems and obstacles.
The meeting also discussed the assets and property of the General Administration of the Security Pension Fund and Political Security, and the development of the necessary solutions to return them to the Fund and enable it.
For his part, Brigadier General Commander of the Assistant Director General of Political Security in Aden praised the efforts of the General Administration of the Security Pension Fund and its follow-up to the rights of retirees, expressing his thanks and appreciation for the level of coordination and cooperation between the two administrations
