 Media Taiz Governorate police yesterday, Sunday, arrested a suspect in the assassination attempt on Colonel Muhammad Yahya al-Jaafi, the staff of the 35th Armored Brigade.
The police had received a report that Colonel Al-Jaafi was shot while passing by his car in the Al Ain area of the Al-Mawasit Directorate, injuring him with gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder.
The suspect (W, M, Taresh) was detained in the case.
