police of Al-Mahra Governorate said that they arrested a defendant in flagrante delicto for using and possessing narcotic substances, in addition to possessing weapons, attacking citizens, resisting the authorities, and infringing on the police authorities1
The police of the Directorate of Shipping in Al-Mahra Governorate explained that they arrested the so-called(Q, M,S,R) 41years old, after receiving a report that the accused  attacked the house of a citizen and threatened him with a weapon. Also he assaulted the police station by pointing a gun and firing a shot in the air at the police station .
She pointed out that she seized and searched the accused after disarming him to find three horns full of  ammunition, in addition to forty-five Captagon pills.
She confirmed that the situation and behavior that he was practicing and behavior was abnormal, which suggested that he was using drugs, and it was necessary to search him and check his situation and mental state, which proved that he is in an unconscious state and using drugs.
Noting that she detained the accused and obtained seizures of weapons, ammunition and drugs pending the charge of flagrante delicto for legal proceedings
