Ministry of Interior - Aden:
The Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Ali Haidan, discussed today, in the temerory capital, Aden. He was with the Secretary – General of Geneva call, Mr. Alain Deletrose, and his accompanying delegation, the organization’s humanitarian activity in Yemen. The meeting addressed a number of topics related to the organization's activities in the coming period. It is by qualifying the target groups in its work program and ways to strengthen and develop relations between the Ministry of Interior and the organization to achieve its objectives. Mr. Alain Deletrose, Secretary-General of Geneva Call , reviewed the organization's activities in Yemen. During the previous phase and its humanitarian role aimed at enhancing the protection of civilians during armed conflicts and mitigating their effects. For his part, the Minister of Interior praised the efforts of the organization in strengthening the protection of civilians. He is stressing the support and welcome of the Ministry of Interior for the organization's efforts and readiness to take all measures to facilitate its work. The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the Police Academy, Brigadier General Dr. Muthanna Al-Shuaibi, the Director General of Human Rights in the Ministry, Brigadier General Aref Araim. As well as, the Director General of Family Protection in the Ministry, Brigadier General Alia Saleh. Besides, the Financial Director of the Police Academy, Brigadier General Abdul Karim Al-Noum, and the Director of the Organization's Office in Yemen, Mr. Muhammad Hassan.
