The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Human and Financial Resources Sector, Major General Dr. Qaid Atef Saleh, today briefed on the ongoing work to rehabilitate the offices of the Ministry's General Office in the temporary capital of Aden.
The visit of Undersecretary Atef included a number of offices of the Ministry's Diwan with the aim of reviewing its needs and requirements for rehabilitation and maintenance work as a result of the damage caused by the cyclone that hit the temporary capital Aden at the end of last July 2023.
Major General Atef affirmed the interest and guidance  of the Minister of Interior Major General Ibrahim Haidan in quickly rehabilitating the offices of the Ministry's Diwan and his constant keenness to provide a suitable and suitable environment for the work of the Ministry's employees so that they can provide their services and perform their tasks to the fullest.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior also briefed Major General Atef on the sidelines of the visit on the ongoing efforts to plant the Ministry's Diwan Square and remove waste from it in cooperation with the Hygiene and City Improvement Fund in the temporary capital, Aden.
He expressed his thanks to the Director of the Hygiene Fund in Aden, Engineer Qaid Rashid Anam, for his cooperation and response to the Ministry's leadership in directing the Fund's concerned authorities to work on removing waste and planting the Diwan Square with trees and flowers.

His Excellency the Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, had earlier directed the restoration and rehabilitation of the damage caused to some offices in the Ministry's General Office in Al-Nasr Camp in Khor Maksar District, as a result of the storm and strong winds.
