.The Yemeni  Ministry of Interior launched  the work of the electronic portal and the new visual identity of the ministry
At the launching ceremony, which was attended by the Undersecretary  of the Ministry of Interior his Excellency Major General Mohammed Al_Shareef, the Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate for Valley and Desert Affairs Mr. Esaam Al_Katheiri  and the Commander of the First Military Region Major General Saleh Taimas . In the launching ceremony, the  First Undersecretary of Ministry   Major General Muhammad  Al-Sharif, indicated that
the ministry has a goal to become a pioneer in the services that it offers and one of the steps for achieving that is establishing this portal that will facilitate the process for the people . Alshareef added that the situation of the different Yemeni institutions including the ministry of interior is known to all." Al_ Houthi terrorist militia group has  destroyed all the capabilities of these institutions and we in the ministery of interior are re_ buliding what they have destroyed," Alshareef added.
He also pointed out  that the launch of the portal will enhance the achievement of development that is centered on the human being, who requires attention and care to contribute on the  development of his country in various fields.
The First Undersecretary conveyed  the congratulations and blessings  of H.E  Field Marshal  president Abd Rabbo Mansoor Hadi  to the attendees  on the  occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, asking the Almighty to make it a month of goodness and blessing and lift the burden on the country.
In turn, the advisor to the Minister of Interior, Dr. Omar Al Kindi, presented an overview of the electronic portal and its tabs, as well as the sites included in the portal related to  security and police branches in the ministry.
He explained that the portal, in its second phase, seeks to implement electronic automation through electronic services that facilitate transactions and procedures for citizens in line with the ministry's strategy, "people first."
He also has given an explanation about the visual identity and the mechanisms of its application in reality to reflect an image that enhances institutional performance according to modern management  systems.
In this regard, the Deputy Director  of  the  Public Relations department of  the Ministry of Interior, Colonel Dr. Faisal Al-Adini, referred to the efforts made by the specialized team in preparing the electronic portal and visual identity during the last period, indicating that   in addition to its importance in keeping pace with digital modernity and catching up with the developed world, the portal and visual identity will reflect a good mental image to  the citizen as well as the world about the ministry of interior.
The ceremony, which was attended by the directors-general of a number of departments of the Ministry of Interior, the media, the General Corporation for Telecommunications in the Hadhramaut Valley and Desert, the heads of the  departments of public relations at  the governorates and leaders of a number of military and security units. The ceremony was closed with a video presentation of an introductory graphic video about the electronic portal and visual identity
