The Ministry of Interior reviews the achievements of the first half of the current year 2022

Aden - Ministry of Interior: The Ministry of Interior reviewed the security achievements achieved during the first half of 2022 AD. Regarding criminal crimes, non-criminal incidents, and statistics of civil services, ports, prisons as well as traffic police in the liberated governorates. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Security and Police Sector,  Major General Muhammad, Assistant to the Emir,  said in the biannual statistical report for the current year 2022, issued by the Ministry of Interior, that the Ministry's electronic portal received a copy of it. This copy is that "The security authorities in the liberated governorates seized 4 thousand and 365 criminal offences, and recorded 507 non-criminal incidents. He said also that the total human losses resulting therefrom amounted to one thousand and 996, of which 324 deaths, one thousand and 672 injuries. It was according to reports received from the command and control operations of the Ministry of Interior." The Deputy Prince added that "the total number of traffic accidents witnessed by the liberated governorates amounted to one thousand and 277 accidents, 3 thousand and 282 traffic violations. One thousand and 173 accidents were seized.  The total number of deaths and injuries resulting from those accidents and traffic violations, the majority of which are due to excessive speed, is thousand and 140 cases. It includes 189 deaths and 951 injuries. While the material losses as a result of accidents amounted to 342 million and 485 thousand riyals". Referring to the referral of two thousand and 972 cases of criminal offences, non-criminal and traffic accidents to the Public Prosecution. Major General Al-Amir confirmed that, during the first half of this year, the competent security authorities in the fight against drugs succeeded in seizing 3   tons and 90 kg of narcotic substances. It includes 419 kg of shabu, 6000 and 856 Captagon pills. Large quantities of them had been destroyed in a number of governorates. He reported that the statistics of administrative services and work included the registration of the traffic police, the numbering of 11 thousand and 291 vehicles, 751 bicycles, and the issuance of 13 thousand and 29 driving licenses. As well as, the renewal and transfer of 14 thousand and 905 properties, with total revenue of 894 million and 387 thousand riyals. While the Immigration, Passports and Citizenship Department recorded the issuance of 283 thousand, 782 passports, two thousand and 92 visas, and 12 residency permits. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior pointed out that the Civil Status and Civil Registration Authority issued 105 thousand and 457 personal cards, 6 thousand and 830 family cards, 51 thousand and 281 birth certificates, including 51 thousand and 119 Yemeni citizens and 162 foreigners. As well, it issued 5 thousand and 488 death certificates, including 5 thousand and 476 Yemeni citizens and 12 foreigners. The total number of arrivals and departures through ports and airports reached one million and 54 thousand and 452 arrivals and departures, including 495 thousand and 131 arrivals, distributed among 420 thousand and 617 Yemeni citizens, 40 thousand and 521 Arabs, 33 thousand and 993 foreigners, as well as 559 thousand and 321 departures. They distributed among 487 thousand and 948 Yemeni citizens, 35 thousand and 234 Arabs, 36 thousand and 139 foreigners. The Deputy Emir pointed out that the Coast Guard registered 341 ship movements. It includes 166 arrivals and 175 departures, and 117 leadership movements. It is including 92   arriving and departing commercial leaders and 25 arriving and departing fishing leaders. The Rehabilitation and Reform Department restricted the entry of two thousand and 339 new prisoners and prisoners, and the release of two thousand and 211   prisoners in the liberated governorates.   >
