The Minister of Interior launches the electronic system for the management of human resources for the employees of the Ministry

Security Media: Aden The Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Ali Haidan, launched today, at the Ministry's building in the temporary capital of Aden , the electronic system for human resources management and the issuance of electronic military cards for employees of the Ministry of Interior . During the inauguration, the Minister of Interior confirmed that the launch of the electronic system comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance efficiency and transparency in the work environment .To ensure that the Ministry's employees obtain their rights on a regular and smooth basis from promotions and others. The Minister of Interior heard from the Undersecretary of the Human and Financial Resources Sector, Major General Dr. Qaid Atef Saleh, an explanation of the components of the electronic system. The electronic system aims to establish a unified database for the employees of the Ministry of Interior, Data Protection and Encryption, and the speed of access to qualifications, specializations and courses to prepare training and qualification plans. In addition to enabling the Ministry to prepare the financial budget accurately based on the real knowledge of its human resources. He pointed out that the electronic system is characterized by linking the public administrations for the affairs of officers, individuals and finance together. It retaining the characteristics of each administration and full independence for each of them, and software linkage and integration with the digital identity system of the Civil Status Authority. Also, it works to issue military electronic cards to the employees of the ministry in accordance with modern software and techniques to ensure the protection of data from forgery and manipulation. The Undersecretary of the Civil Services Sector at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Abdul Majid Barak Al-Amri, the Directors General of Officers Affairs, Brigadier General Abdo Salem Al-Subaihi, and the individuals Affairs, Brigadier General Khalid Saleh Muqailib, attended the inauguration. >
