The Minister of the Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, paid tribute to the fraternal positions of the fraternal leadership and the people of Sudan for standing with their brothers in the Republic of Yemen. We are faithful to them, praising the fraternal positions of the brotherly Sudan, which history will perpetuate. We will not forget in restoring the institutions of legitimacy. In a press statement following his meeting with the Chairman of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, today, in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, the Minister of the Interior stressed the importance of the visit to the brotherly Republic of the Sudan. It is of great importance in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood. It also is strengthening and increasing security coordination between the Republic of Yemen and the brotherly Republic of the Sudan. It is in the field of training, counter-terrorism, piracy, counter-narcotics and issues related to communities between the two brotherly countries. Noting that we look forward to a successful visit. The Minister of Interior conveyed to the Chairman of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council greetings and thanks from the Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and the Yemeni people. It is for their brothers the Sudanese people leadership and people for their fraternal positions that they have stood by their Yemeni brothers. It is stressing that these positions are not new. It reflects the authenticity and heritage of the brotherly Sudanese people.
