The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Civil Services Sector, Major General Abdul Majid Al-Amri, met today with the Deputy Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the Hadramawt Valley and the Desert, Dr. Khaled Abdullah Al-Amri, and the Ministry of Health Supervisor for Operations Affairs in the Valley and the Desert, Eng. Khaled Al-Amoudi.
The meeting dealt with aspects of cooperation between the office of the Ministry of Health and a number of security units and the Department of Rehabilitation and Reform in Wadi Hadramawt in the health field.
Major General Al-Amiri praised the efforts of the Health Office in carrying out spraying operations to combat mosquitoes in a number of security and military headquarters.
He expressed the Ministry of Interior's pride in partnering with government sectors in serving the local community and the Ministry's employees through awareness campaigns and accompanying interventions that contribute to raising health awareness to reduce the spread of diseases and diets and provide a safe health environment for all.
The Health Office also provided some of the needs of the inmates of the valley and Desert Rehabilitation and Reform Authority branch, including medicines or a medical examination.
